Am in tune with this. Innumerable times have I felt the same. As if playing holi is some social ‘criterion’ to not be called a ’spoil-sport’. Just like u don’t burst crackers everywhere, there should be some place where you play with colours (and tidy up later) without disturbing another’s peace. But it seems to be taken for granted that, in this case, you’re free to take away another’s freedom. If anyone files a litigation, I’m ready to sign.

great blog, very well written and informative. I too went to Kukke Subramanya recently and stayed at Seshnaag Ashreya, they had good service. I’ve written a fuller account of my experiences on my website, hope it can be useful to someone.
